On completion of both modules you will earn a bonus of 20 hours of log book credit.
To attend the course you need to:
- Be aged under 25 years old
- Have completed at least 50 log book hours of actual on-road driving (not counting any instructor bonus hours)
- Hold a NSW Learners Licence
Why do The Safer Drivers Course?
Research has shown that young drivers are at greatest risk of crashing in the first 6 months of independent driving (P1 licence). This course is designed to prepare learner drivers to become safer drivers as they progress to a provisional licence. The course teaches you how to reduce road risks by developing safe driving behaviour, giving you greater understanding about speed management, gap selection, hazard awareness and safe following distances.
